Towards a New Sublime

Over time, the word sublime has held a variety of meanings. It was first popularized by a Roman-era Greek named Longinus in the 1st century, but has since been appropriated by a variety of disciplines over the course of centuries. This project attempts to both update and collapse these definitions into one contemporary version through the design of an Astoria residential tower.
